MetaCompliance is the global leader in the ‘human aspect’ of cyber security and privacy compliance.

The MetaCompliance product range combines eLearning, phishing, GDPR, and policy management with cloud based software to easily implement a range of learning and training. Our aim is to assist organisations in keeping their staff safe online whilst helping to secure their digital assets and protect their reputation.

We help businesses transform their work culture, because of this we also find it important to cultivate a positive work culture of our own. We are on an exciting journey of growth, building on our already impressive technology portfolio: our products, our growth plan, our global reach and the second to none commitment of our colleagues all play a key part in what we do here at MetaCompliance.

The plan is to leverage this to become one of the biggest and most respected cyber security companies in the world, one which our colleagues love to work for.

Here’s a few reasons why you would love to work for MetaCompliance.

1) The right venue

We know that the right surroundings are important to get your best work done, after all you spend a considerable period of time at work, so it’s important that you feel at home. That’s why we’ve invested in contemporary offices in modern city locations.

Here at MetaCompliance, we relish in innovation and creativity. As such it is important that our offices reflect that. A modern, open plan office isn’t all we offer however. State of the art Nespresso coffee machines, brainstorming stations and a big ideas room, you can let your creativity flow with colleagues while getting your daily caffeine fix.

2) People

At MetaCompliance we encourage originality and try to avoid the corporate way of thinking. We embrace the weird and wonderful here and it’s this openness to experience that we believe makes us different from the rest.
Our employees are the heart of our business. Passionate, hardworking and team oriented is what makes the people here one of a kind. So, whether you’re an extrovert or an introvert, enjoy My Little Pony or Metallica (or both), 19th Century impressionistic French Art or League of Ireland Football you’ll always feel at home at MetaCompliance.

3) Office Culture

Company values, meaning, community and culture will always be at the forefront of our thinking and growth here at MetaCompliance. We believe in an open and diverse company culture with creativity and hard work driving us forward. We are constantly evaluating all these facets to make sure that we have the right culture in place to attract, retain and engage the modern workforce.
MetaCompliance has a company culture that welcomes opinions, ideas and creativity. If your idea benefits the business or the employees in a positive way, then you can bet we’ll put it into action.

4) Work across Departments

Have you ever wondered what your colleagues do all day? At MetaCompliance, we arrange a comprehensive induction for new starters across the whole business so you know exactly what each department strives to achieve. This, combined with our quarterly company-wide focus meeting ‘One Direction’ enables us to open up the doors on each department, share ideas freely and gives each department a fresh set of eyes when they need them.
Although you will be working autonomously and within your own team, we are all fulfilling the mission of MetaCompliance.
We believe that you are the only thing that can hold yourself back. If you’re interested in an area of the business that’s not within your job role, there’s no reason why you can’t get involved. This cross departmental way of working helps build your professional experience and allows you to hone your skills in areas you may be looking to improve.

5) Office Politics

Life’s short and we should probably make the most of it while we are all here. That’s why we don’t engage in the dark arts of ‘Office Politics.’ Sure, we’re open to disagreements of opinion and always welcome suggestions. We also appreciate the value that different perspectives can bring, but personal egos and agendas, divisiveness, distraction and feuds is something we tend to avoid. Like Apple and Steve Jobs we take a “no BOZO” approach and do not suffer fools kindly! We see it as wasted energy and wasted creativity!

6) Flat hierarchy

MetaCompliance prides itself on its flat hierarchy. We don’t do endless layers of management, so you’re not micromanaged, nor do you have to go through a mile of red tape to get something done.
We have a short chain of command and this enables us to get things done. We work quickly and efficiently. Our flat structure means we have a greater level of communication between colleagues and provides us with the flexibility we need for innovative thinking as individuals and as a company.

7) Social events

We want to make sure that our colleagues have enough pep in their step to be their best and enjoy their job. That’s why we have regular team outings to ensure we all bond together outside of the office. We believe it’s important to know the people behind the job role.
We love hearing suggestions from our employees about social events and what we can do as a business for fun. So, whether it’s a pub quiz or a bungee jump let us know and we’ll see if we can make it work for the whole company.

8) We love food and are a company filled with foodies!

From Burrito Fridays to sweet treats always circulating the office, it’s nearly impossible to be hungry at MetaCompliance. We also love our tea/ coffee and take our drink rounds very seriously. So, if you can make a good cup of tea or coffee you’ll fit right in.
Alternatively, if you aren’t the coffee and burrito loving type, then that’s fine too. We can get on board with kale smoothies if that’s more your cup of tea.

9) Career progression

For many individuals who have worked in large corporate companies the idea of progression only comes to mind with the phrase dead man’s shoes. Within MetaCompliance there is no glass ceiling – that is apart from the rather beautiful one keeping a lid on our modern offices. As previously mentioned you are the only person who can hold you back. With creativity comes great responsibility, but even better opportunity.
Job opportunities including those in offices across the globe are always offered to existing employees before being publicised externally.

10) Charity

We always jump (literally) at the opportunity to raise money for charity by getting everyone in the business involved. From bake sales, to sweepstakes, to red noses, MetaCompliance is keen to be involved. It’s a great way to gather as a company, but more importantly, to help those who need it most. That’s why we have chosen to partner with ‘Foyle Search and Rescue’ as our ‘Charity of the Year’. A charity close to our roots but also our hearts, we are immensely proud of the hard work these guys put in as volunteers on a daily basis. At the moment we are raising money through fun companywide activities which will hopefully enable Foyle Search and Rescue to continue the great work they are doing.
