8) We love food and are a company filled with foodies!
From Burrito Fridays to sweet treats always circulating the office, it’s nearly impossible to be hungry at MetaCompliance. We also love our tea/ coffee and take our drink rounds very seriously. So, if you can make a good cup of tea or coffee you’ll fit right in.
Alternatively, if you aren’t the coffee and burrito loving type, then that’s fine too. We can get on board with kale smoothies if that’s more your cup of tea.

We always jump (literally) at the opportunity to raise money for charity by getting everyone in the business involved. From bake sales, to sweepstakes, to red noses, MetaCompliance is keen to be involved. It’s a great way to gather as a company, but more importantly, to help those who need it most. That’s why we have chosen to partner with ‘Foyle Search and Rescue’ as our ‘Charity of the Year’. A charity close to our roots but also our hearts, we are immensely proud of the hard work these guys put in as volunteers on a daily basis. At the moment we are raising money through fun companywide activities which will hopefully enable Foyle Search and Rescue to continue the great work they are doing.
