This is a varied role, providing a great opportunity to support the development of HR systems, processes and structures within MetaCompliance, working closely with network colleagues for the oversight and management of all staff. The successful candidate will be exposed to a busy working environment and will be expected to build very strong relationships with key stakeholders.

You will be expected to be a pro-active member of the team, managing operational activities and systems including recruitment activities and a digital transformation project. Main Duties/ Responsibilities

  • Lead team members in duties and performance, providing feedback where necessary. 
  • Manage the effective implementation of a HR platform across all departments.
  • Manage end to end recruitment and selection process.
  • Develop, review and update policies and procedures in line with legislation, best practice and company values. 
  • Provide advice and guidance to managers and employees on key HR processes & systems. 
  • Build on an existing induction process to ensure all new starts are integrated successfully into the company and have a clear understanding of expectations and company values. 
  • Provide comprehensive reporting and inform strategic thinking going forward.

Do you fit this profile? 

  • CIPD qualified or HRM-related degree 
  • You will need a minimum of 3-4 years human resources experience which includes 2 years management or supervisory experience. 
  • A comprehensive understanding of HR legislation.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills are key. 
  • Excellent organizational and IT skills. 
  • Confidently liaise with internal and external stakeholders to meet goals. 
  • Strong self-critique skills and an ability to evaluate the success and impact of strategies. 
  • Assertive confident individual with a sense of humour. 
  • Must be an EU citizen or possess a current UK Tier 2 visa and eligible to take up full time, permanent employment.
