Role Description

The MetaCompliance Operations Team is seeking to recruit a Training and Awareness Coordinator to help deliver the company’s Implementation Services to our ever-increasing global customer base. The role will involve Project Management, Product training, pre-sales support, product release management and above all excellent customer service.

You must be self-motivated and a self-managed person who can learn new technologies and processes quickly, and possess a passion for delivering customer service excellence.

Principle Duties & Responsibilities

  • Deliver comprehensive training & awareness services on the organisation’s product & services 
  • Provide pre-sales support to the Business Development Team in delivering our products & services to the market 
  • Building a strong working relationship with your assigned Customer base
  •  Ensure all customer-facing training documentation is kept fresh & up to date 
  • Ensure all customers are educated & trained effectively in using our solutions
  • Deliver detailed reporting for internal analysis on prospects & customers
  • Quickly gain a strong understanding of the Cyber Security industry to appreciate our customer’s objectives for software utilisation 
  • Willingness to work outside of normal UK business hours 
  • Willingness to travel to customer sites both domestically & internationally

Essential Requirements

  • Degree Qualification in any disciple (full training will be provided)
  • Minimum 2 year’s work experience within an office environment 
  • First-class written & verbal communication skills 
  • Excellent co-ordination, time management & presentation skills 
  • Ability to work as part of a team & individually
  • Ability to deliver effectively against set targets under minimal supervision
  • Ability to learn quickly & effectively 
  • Ability to perform at a very high level within a customer-facing, fast moving environment
  •  Must be an EU citizen or possess a current UK Tier 2 visa and eligible to take up full time, permanent employment

Desirable Requirements

  • Languages skills in any European languages would be favourable 
  • Experience of working in a IT software training role
  • Experience of working in a Project Management role 
  • Experience of working with e-learning systems
  • Experience of delivering training / coaching / teaching in any setting FULL TRAINING WILL BE PROVIDED.
