MetaCompliance will be attending the annual Corporate Counsel & Compliance Exchange event taking place from 20th – 22nd April 2016 in London.
This is the 14th Corporate Counsel & Compliance Exchange will bring together 120 senior legal and compliance leaders who are looking to uncover new innovative ideas, strategic insights and develop a practical road-map to building a secure legal and compliance operation.
This event is the perfect platform for MetaCompliance to demonstrate their Compliance and CyberSecurity Awareness software which are unique in that they bring together company controlled simulated phishing campaigns, modern Compliance and Cyber Security eLearning content.
MetaCompliance CEO Robert O’Brien will host an interactive workshop session, ‘The Short Cut Guide to Business Ethics Awareness’.
Getting people to engage in Anti Bribery or Code of Conduct education is difficult. It’s such an important topic and organisations must be able to demonstrate that they took steps to ensure that employees were aware of their obligations in regard to relevant legislation. However, to mitigate the risks and liabilities of this issue, management need to go beyond a tick box exercise in order to mitigate these risks.
This workshop explores the challenges of securing staff mindshare and will discuss current trends in compliance learning and how to apply them in their own workplace. Attendees will be familiarised with practical methodologies for implementing an internal project that seeks to mitigate the risks surrounding bribery legislation.
