MetaCompliance at Cyber Security Summit 2017

We’ve just got back from the Cyber Security Summit event in London. It was great to discuss all things cyber security related and we enjoyed taking part in the GDPR expo during the event. Thanks to all the customers, vendors and interested passersby who stopped to get to know a little more about us. A special thanks to all those who attended our GDPR talk.

We hosted a GDPR masterclass entitled ‘A Dummies Guide to GDPR – Getting Down to Business with European Privacy’.

Robert O’Brien, CEO, provided a talk that gave attendees key takeaways including:

• Ensuring business buy in to your GDPR project
• A methodology for implementing a GDPR compliant business environment
• Incorporating GDPR as the keystone of your Digital Transformation strategy
• Aligning your Cyber Security and Data Protection objectives.

GDPR is a pressing issue amongst many organisations at the moment, and that was certainly reflected at Cyber Security Summit. We had many great discussions with existing customers and others interested in our GDPR solutions ahead of the introduction of GDPR in May of next year.
