New additional fields have been added to the Customer API Overview Report calls. These have been added to bring this data in line with the data you would receive from the Overview reports on the platform. View More.

We have added 2 additional features to the OWA Phish plugin:

• Forward reported emails as an attachment to inbox – View More.
• Ability to report emails from a Shared Mailbox* – View More.

*Please note there are pre-requisites that are required for these updates, for example for the Shared Mailbox feature, a new plugin will be required, a Global Admin will also have to accept additional O365 permissions, and the end users of the shared mailboxes must have delegated ‘send as’ permissions to the mailbox. These new updates are optional so please speak to your MetaCompliance Representative if you wish to avail of these updates.

We have expanded the detail provided in the Overview Reports to include the following new columns as options which can be viewed:

• State – The current state of the content, Publish or Archive.
• SCIMPostcode – For SCIM Provisioning customers, end user’s postcode.
• SuccessStatus – For SCORM Courses, information on if the quiz was passed or failed.
• TimeSpent – Time taken for each user to complete assigned course.

Within the Learning Overview Report, you will now be able to view a Time Spent column which will calculate how long it takes an end user to complete a fusion course. If a user completes a fusion course over multiple sessions the time will be added together to get a true reflection of how long they spent completing the content.

We have made changes to the Exit Summary to allow for more customisation from an administrator perspective. Editing tools have been added to allow you to edit and personalize the Exit Summary that is displayed to your end users when they complete the learning experience to present a more personalized approach. We have recently expanded the capabilities when choosing to send a phish in multiple languages. You will now be able to use multi language phish within Campaigns and Phish Remediation. All you need to do is set up your multi language phish and choose ‘Manage in Campaign’.

We have also introduced the ability to use ‘Create Your Own Phish’ as an option when creating a multi language phish. This means you will be able to edit our MetaCompliance phish templates or create your own phish for each language that you choose.

Lastly, we have added the ability to edit the exit summary and learning experience button text for each language so that overall, your end users receive a more localised experience. View More.

We have some new features to help accelerate your Privacy Assessment Reviews.

Reviewers now have the option to resolve comments and the ability to edit existing comments. View More.

We have also added a ‘Comments Tracker’, which allows Reviewers and Respondents to easily see which comments are open along with the comments that have been resolved. A useful ‘View Comment’ button has been added that will link you directly to the comment. View More.

We have made a minor update to how policy sections are viewed by end users. The policy sections primary position will now be visible within the right-hand side panel, rather than having to click to view what other sections are available.

We have also added new Next & Back buttons to help end users with navigating through the policy sections.

We have released highly request customer feature that will allow Business Users to have more advanced reporting.

The new permission will allow Business Users to view audits within the Overview Reports for all users that they have been assigned to manage (i.e. User Groups, SCIM Groups or AD Collectives). View More.

A silent update has been applied to SCORM Transfer which now removes the reliance on 3^rd Party Cookies.

We have provided Privacy Assessment Reviewers with an option to send an approval email and include a custom message to the respondent once they have finished reviewing & approving the assessment. View More.

We have improved the existing ‘Show Mandatory/Optional Labelling’ setting within Company Edit. When this setting is disabled, the Mandatory and Optional labels within the MyCompliance Library will now also be hidden.

A Language column has been added to User Management Table. This read only column will indicate to Admins which language has been assigned to each user. English is assigned by default to all users, however there are several methods that end users can follow to update this information. View More.

A minor update has been applied to the Fusion Course Language drop down for the end user, to support the users ‘Preferred Language’. Now when a user selects a language from the language drop down, they can indicate that this is their ‘Preferred Language’. Therefore, where applicable, users can receive their courses, notifications emails and phishing emails in this language going forward. View more.

Some minor updates have been made to the Policy, Survey, Course & Content Audit reports to ensure the reports are more performant. We have added new State and Enrollment Timespan filters to the reports, to reduce the time the page loads for customers.

We have decided to retire our legacy Phish Delivery Status Report. Customers will still be able to find the status of phish deliveries via our new Phish Overview Report, which provides more columns to filter on and an overall better user experience.

Two minor visual updates have been applied to the MyCompliance Teams App v3.1.0, App service. These changes will ensure users viewing their ‘Outstanding’ content when using any language service other than English on their device will be able to view this table as expected.

We have also added a minor visual update to the Blog, Not Typical eLearning & Incident Management tile headers & buttons to align the information presented.

A minor update has been applied to the Delete user functionality for email-based users. Once a request to delete a user has been submitted, the user will be disabled on the platform and then queued for deletion. It can take up to 48 hours to delete all data related to the user account (e.g. course completions, policy completions etc.)

We have now added a new configuration option which, once enabled, will prevent users from being able to fast forward videos within Fusion Courses, Media Courses & Phish Learning Experiences. This will be turned off by default however you will be able to switch this on as needed. View More.
