MetaCompliance Appoints Andy Fielder as Chief Technology Officer

MetaCompliance is pleased to welcome Andy Fielder as our new Chief Technology Officer (CTO). With a distinguished career spanning over three decades in technology leadership, Andy brings a wealth of experience in driving innovation, security and digital transformation. 

Andy joins MetaCompliance following a successful tenure as CTO at BigChange, where he led a significant technology transformation. Under his leadership, the company enhanced its architecture, infrastructure and security frameworks—strengthening performance and enabling significant growth. 

A highly experienced technology leader, Andy has built and scaled multiple private equity-backed SaaS businesses, consistently delivering impressive results. His expertise in guiding companies through key investment stages has helped drive growth, creating value for investors, clients and teams alike. 

Andy brings deep knowledge in Agile methodologies, cloud operations and cyber security. Throughout his career, he has successfully led teams through M&A, cloud-native architecture, DevOps, technical strategy and product innovation, making him a key asset to MetaCompliance’s continued growth. 

His appointment comes at an exciting time, as MetaCompliance continues to expand following investment from Keensight Capital. With Andy on board, we’re set to strengthen our offering of security awareness training solutions, enhance our security capabilities, and drive innovation in the cyber security space.
