Privacy Assessments – Master Record

June 15, 2021

The new Master Record feature within the Privacy Assessment Creator allows administrators to select one Master Register and display any of its register fields throughout the assessment, rather than appearing in a single pop-out modal (as seen in Non-Master Record Assessments). Master record assessments allow question logic, meaning that the respondent will only receive questions which are dependent on their previous answers.

Master Record assessments can be used for basic 2-level linked assessments. Related registers used in the assessment will link directly to the Master register.

Non-Master Record assessments can be used for more complex 3-level linked assessments which can have multiple primary records and registers linked (previous assessment option).

New

New Module Overview Report

June 10, 2021

The first phase of the new Overview report has now been released. The report will also be available for additional modules over the coming weeks.

This Report presents the Completion levels for all published Policies, helping you to view at a glance, the adoption rates for all Policies within one table. You can also export the Report and Chart as required.

Whilst we will be adding this report to additional Modules within the next few weeks, we will also be enhancing this to allow a further drill through from here. This will provide audit style reports for you to view the full list of users who have completed their assigned content, and also the users still to complete.

New

Stop Campaign Steps

May 21, 2021

We have added the ability to now remove individual steps from your Campaign, without the need to end the full Campaign. You can simply ‘Stop’ any required steps as needed, taking them out of circulation for existing and new users. The step will remain within the flow builder in an inactive state, so that all reporting still remains within the platform.

New

Delete Campaign Option

April 24, 2021

The option to ‘Delete’ Campaigns has now been added to the Campaign Table. If selected, the Campaign will be permanently deleted from the MyCompliance Platform.

Any Content linked to the Campaign selected for deletion will be switched to either an ‘Archived’ or ‘Campaign’ state.

Archived State – Content that has been sent to users in the past will now be Archived. You will still have the ability to review the corresponding reporting for this content however end users will be unable to access. If required, you can also delete this content via the relevant ‘In Progress’ table.

Campaign State – Either this content has not yet been sent to users, or is a blog. When this is returned back to a ‘Campaign’ state you can reuse this in another campaign if required.

Improved

Reporting Menu Update

April 24, 2021

The MyCompliance Reporting menu has been updated to align all Modules with their available reports. This is just one of the changes coming to the Reporting area this year, we will provide further information as new updates are available.

Also to note, the User Status Report has been rehomed under the ‘Usage’ header.

New

Customised MyCompliance URL

April 24, 2021

This new functionality provides MetaCompliance customers with the ability to customise the MyCompliance URL. In doing this, users can visit a platform that feels more familiar as the company name will be located within the URL. The URL will be constructed as below:

https://customername.metacompliance.com

The MetaCompliance Customer Experience Team are on hand to help you switch to a Custom MyCompliance URL – this will involve a small migration project which we can assist with.

Please feel free to contact [email protected] or your Customer Success Manager if you would like to proceed with this change.
