We have recently expanded the capabilities when choosing to send a phish in multiple languages. You will now be able to use multi language phish within Campaigns and Phish Remediation. All you need to do is set up your multi language phish and choose ‘Manage in Campaign’.

We have also introduced the ability to use ‘Create Your Own Phish’ as an option when creating a multi language phish. This means you will be able to edit our MetaCompliance phish templates or create your own phish for each language that you choose.

Lastly, we have added the ability to edit the exit summary and learning experience button text for each language so that overall, your end users receive a more localised experience. View More.

We have made a minor update to how policy sections are viewed by end users. The policy sections primary position will now be visible within the right-hand side panel, rather than having to click to view what other sections are available.

We have also added new Next & Back buttons to help end users with navigating through the policy sections.

We have released highly request customer feature that will allow Business Users to have more advanced reporting.

The new permission will allow Business Users to view audits within the Overview Reports for all users that they have been assigned to manage (i.e. User Groups, SCIM Groups or AD Collectives). View More.

We have some new features to help accelerate your Privacy Assessment Reviews.

Reviewers now have the option to resolve comments and the ability to edit existing comments. View More.

We have also added a ‘Comments Tracker’, which allows Reviewers and Respondents to easily see which comments are open along with the comments that have been resolved. A useful ‘View Comment’ button has been added that will link you directly to the comment. View More.

A silent update has been applied to SCORM Transfer which now removes the reliance on 3^rd Party Cookies.

We have provided Privacy Assessment Reviewers with an option to send an approval email and include a custom message to the respondent once they have finished reviewing & approving the assessment. View More.

We have improved the existing ‘Show Mandatory/Optional Labelling’ setting within Company Edit. When this setting is disabled, the Mandatory and Optional labels within the MyCompliance Library will now also be hidden.

A Language column has been added to User Management Table. This read only column will indicate to Admins which language has been assigned to each user. English is assigned by default to all users, however there are several methods that end users can follow to update this information. View More.

Some minor updates have been made to the Policy, Survey, Course & Content Audit reports to ensure the reports are more performant. We have added new State and Enrollment Timespan filters to the reports, to reduce the time the page loads for customers.

Customers will have the ability to filter the audits between Published/ Archived States and 6-month Enrollment Timespans. View More.
